I am the co-founder of BREI Properties, and the creator of the Multifamily Makeover!

My husband and I bought our first condo in 2010 and now we have nearly $28M in Assets Under Management (AUM).  As the syndicator, I am the magic behind how it happens... bringing together the team, the property, and the capital.

As a former professional engineer, I have a unique approach to real estate education. I like providing details, presenting everything in an orderly manner, and actionable steps!

I’ve taken all my real-life experience of managing over 175 doors, and knowledge from tens of thousands of dollars in real estate education, and put it into my own program to help YOU skip all of that, take ACTION, and scale faster. 

As a mom of 2 young kids, I enjoy inspiring and helping investors to create a life of choice and freedom.

This program is for Canadian investors of all backgrounds, whether investing solo or with partners.

I also love supporting women investors through WE Invest meetups (Women of Edmonton Investing in Real Estate), and am on the board of the Edmonton Real Estate Investors Association (EREIA).
